Effective January 1st, 2024, Slyde has formed a strategic partnership with QSO, a certified Minority Owned Business Enterprise.

At Slyde Innovations, diversity and inclusion are inherent to the way we operate. For a company serving the future of workspaces, it would be tragically ironic if that stopped short of the teams functioning within them. Maybe it’s our New York roots, a city known for celebrating people of all identities.

For us, diversity and inclusion mean doing our darn best to provide equal opportunities for all. From the people we hire and those who represent us, to the businesses we partner with and beyond. Externally, this plays out in the way we support clients who also believe in dynamic teams and are looking inward at their policies. Internally, this means encouraging fair hiring practices and establishing a safe space for all employees, partners, and clients to share their perspectives, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, abilities, sexual orientation, economic status, or religious beliefs. Short and simple, we encourage open conversation. Not only is it a company’s moral and ethical obligation to operate in such ways, but it creates stronger, more relevant work in the end.
